Locatie Castricum Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Akersloot. Dit bedrijf is een klein, technisch ingesteld engineeringbedrijf actief in de energiesector met focus op het ontwikkelen van boor- en gereedschapsoplossingen. De organisatie werkt internationaal en levert engineeringdiensten, productiebegeleiding en reparatie van boorproducten en ondersteunt klanten bij het doorontwikkelen van instrumenten en tools. Vanuit Akersloot onderhoudt het team nauwe samenwerking met fabrikanten en eindklanten om productontwerpen te valideren en te optimaliseren. De werkomgeving is hands-on en praktijkgericht en vraagt om korte communicatielijnen tussen engineering, productie en externe leveranciers. Er is veel aandacht voor innovatie en voor het vertalen van boortechnische uitdagingen naar uitvoerbare productoplossingen. Projecten variëren van experimentele tooltests tot het meten en analyseren van toolprestaties en het doorvoeren van ontwerpaanpassingen op basis van CFD- en FEA-analyses. Het team werkt in een compacte samenstelling en biedt ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel technische als juridische aspecten van het productportfolio.
