Voor onze opdrachtgever in de regio Roermond zijn wij op zoek naar een R&D Engineer. Onze opdrachtgever is een bedrijf met met een rijke traditie en historie. Zij onderscheiden zich doordat ze de gehele levenscyclus van de machines van begin tot eind zelf in de hand hebben, van ontwerp tot engineering en uiteindelijk tot productie in de eigen fabriek. Wat ga je doen? - Zorg dragen voor de opmaak van een technisch machine ontwerp; - In overleg met Productie en Commercie een betrouwbare kostprijsindicatie bepalen; - Een bijbehorend tijdframe leveren voor de doorlooptijd van het detailontwerp. Waarvoor ben je verantwoordelijk? Nadat het ontwerp met bijbehorende kostenstructuur definitief is, breekt een volgende fase aan. In die fase ben je als R&D Engineer o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het binnen een vastgesteld prijstarget tot stand komen/uitvoeren van: - Het detailontwerp; - Productietekeningen; - Stuklijststructuren; - Configuraties of bouwstenen; - Milieu- en veiligheidseisen; - Technische inhoud van productdocumentatie; - Realisatie van vernieuwingen op machineniveau op basis van marktontwikkelingen; - Het testen van prototypes in het laboratorium en/of op klantlocatie; - Storing analyses en het oplossen van problemen bij klanten. Wat vragen wij? - Minimaal HTS/HBO werk- en denkniveau richting Werktuigbouwkunde; - Je hebt ervaring met het technisch ontwerp van meer-complexe producten/machines; - Concepten opzetten en uitwerken is je toevertrouwd; - Componentenkennis van inkoopdelen weet je je snel eigen te maken; - Je hebt kennis van relevante materialen en productietechnieken; - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
