  • Nieuwe formulaties aanmaken voor voegkitten en lijmen
  • Mixen en uitvoerig testen van formulaties in het labo - zoals een chef-kok met chemie
  • Fysische eigenschappen testen via trekbanken, rheologiemeter en viscositeitsmeter
  • Diverse productspecifieke fysische testen uitvoeren
  • Testresultaten interpreteren en projecten bijsturen naar succes
  • Toepassingsmogelijkheden en kwaliteit van producten opvolgen - kwaliteit staat voorop
  • Rapporteren aan de R&D manager
  • Af en toe wat administratie - ook dat hoort erbij
  • Industrieel ingenieur chemie met sterke interesse voor bouwsector toepassingen
  • Minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een R&D afdeling (labo)
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in aanverwante omgeving zoals verven, lijmen of kunststoffen
  • Zelfstandige werker met zeer goed oog voor detail - precisie is jouw tweede natuur
  • Inventief en initiatiefrijk - nieuwe ideeën zijn altijd welkom
  • Functioneert goed in teamverband naast zelfstandig werken
  • Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Gemotiveerde instelling en open voor administratieve taken
