Als R&D Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor innovatieve machineprojecten, van conceptontwikkeling tot testconstructie en marktintroductie. Je levert creatieve bijdragen aan nieuwe machines en subsystemen en zorgt dat ontwerpen voldoen aan alle technische, functionele en kwaliteitsvereisten.

Je taken:

  • Ontwikkelen van systeem- en subsysteemconcepten volgens een gestructureerd Machine Engineering Proces
  • Uitwerken van ontwerpen, integratie en validatie van nieuwe machines
  • Waarborgen van prestaties, betrouwbaarheid, duurzaamheid, maakbaarheid, ergonomie, onderhoud en veiligheid
  • Analyseren van machine- en sensordata om innovaties te stimuleren
  • Presenteren van datagestuurde inzichten en conclusies aan stakeholders
  • Opstellen van volledige projectdocumentatie en zorgen voor kennisoverdracht binnen de organisatie
  • Creatief bijdragen aan oplossingen voor technische uitdagingen
  • Samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams en actief communiceren over voortgang
  • Masterdiploma in Mechanical Engineering of Mechatronic Engineering
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Mechanical of Mechatronic Engineer
  • Ervaring met CAD-software
  • Programmeren voor dataverwerking (Python, Matlab) is een pluspunt
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en creatief denkvermogen
  • Communicatief vaardig en resultaatgericht
  • Zelfstandig en in teamverband kunnen werken
  • Hands-on mentaliteit
  • Vlotte communicatie in Engels; kennis van Nederlands en Duits is een sterke plus
