Jobomschrijving

R&D Lead - regio Kempen - Voedingsindustrie

  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor het volledige R&D-traject van nieuwe producten en receptoptimalisaties.
  • Nieuwe productconcepten ontwikkelen op basis van marktvragen, klantbehoeften en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Intensief samenwerken met sales, productie en aankoop om nieuwe producten succesvol naar de markt te brengen.
  • Productproeven opzetten, stalen ontwikkelen en validaties uitvoeren in nauwe samenwerking met de productieomgeving.
  • Productrecepturen optimaliseren op vlak van kwaliteit, kostprijs, smaak en productie-efficiëntie.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten en interne stakeholders tijdens ontwikkelings- en implementatiefases.
  • Mee waken over productkwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en technische haalbaarheid binnen alle ontwikkelingsprojecten.
  • Rechtstreekse rapportering aan de Managing Director met korte beslissingslijnen.

R&D Lead - regio Kempen - Voedingsindustrie

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen voedingswetenschappen, voedingstechnologie, bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen R&D of productontwikkeling in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Ondernemende persoonlijkheid die zelfstandig projecten kan trekken en prioriteiten kan bepalen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijk stakeholdermanagement.
  • Commerciële flair en het vermogen om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar innovatieve voedingsoplossingen.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer en in het labo.
  • Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde gezien het contact met Franstalige klanten en collega's.
