The posting

Onze familiale, dynamische organisatie is in volle expansie, dit resulteerde zich in onze gloednieuwe fabriek waar onze productie in 2022 van start is gegaan en ondertussen up-and-running is waardoor we de steeds groter wordende vraag naar ons kwalitatief eindproduct, stelselmatig kunnen invullen. In ons splinternieuw kantoorgebouw, is de grootste ruimte jouw werkdomein. In deze lichtrijke, centraal gelegen, ruime werkplek op de benedenverdieping, met uitzicht op de velden en op de Kaaskerkestraat worden de Dezeure trailers ontwikkeld. De centrale ligging werd niet zomaar gekozen, het engineeringteam werkt verre van op een eiland. Nauwe contacten met de productie, aankoop, sales,... zijn zeer belangrijk. Er heerst dan ook geen eilandencultuur binnen onze familiale organisatie, nee hoor iedereen kent iedereen en we trekken allemaal aan dezelfde kar. Zin in een losse babbel na het werk met je collega's? Spring dan gerust binnen in de bar op de bovenverdieping, van harte welkom in bar 't Remorkske.

Wat Dezeure bovendien uniek maakt is de gebalanceerde mix tussen landbouw en industrie waardoor we vlot kunnen inspelen op marktfluctuaties. Dat brengt niet alleen variatie maar ook stabiele werkgelenheid.

Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een R&D MECHANICAL ENGINEER om ons team te versterken. Ons groeiverhaal zit vol potentieel, dit zowel in België als in onze buurlanden en daarom zoeken we iemand die zin heeft om onze trailers verder te optimaliseren zodat we deze duurzame groei kunnen garanderen met innovatieve, sterke trailers.

De gebruikte softwarepakketen binnen Dezeure zijn Inventor, Eplan, Windchill, Microsoft Dynamics, office. Uiteraard gebruikt niet iedereen al deze pakketen maar dit geheel vormt wel het zenuwstelsel van de organisatie. Het brein? Dat is het team waarvan jij dus een deel van kan zijn.

OMSCHRIJVING

  • Je ontwikkelt innovatieve oplossingen bij bestaande producten, dit voor ons volledige productgamma.
  • Jouw eigen ontwerpen volg je op in de fabriek. Je adviseert de lassers en monteurs waar nodig.
  • Je volgt problemen op in productie en bij after-sales, je geeft advies voor oplossingen.
  • Daarnaast help je mee met het ontwerpen van nieuwe producten.
  • Je neemt initiatief en doet suggesties om samen tot oplossingen te komen.
  • Je hebt een master elektromechanica op zak en een mooie werkervaring in de machinebouw om op te steunen.
  • Affiniteit met landbouwmechanisatie is een grote troef.
  • Je bent een uitgesproken teamplayer, overleggen met collega's doe je graag en je neemt de volle verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw onterpen.
  • Je kent een 3D softwarepakket, idealiter Inventor . Kennis Windchill is een pluspunt maar geen must.
  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid
  • Typerend voor jou is je sterk functioneel inzicht, je hands-on, praktisch ingesteld en je probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Variatie schrikt je niet af, in tegendeel, afwisseling vind je net boeiend.
