Als R&D medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volgende takenpakket:

  • Meewerken aan nieuwe systeemoplossingen binnen het bedrijf;
  • Nieuwe producten lanceren of verbeteringen uitvoeren aan bestaande artikelen;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig of in teamverband. Rapporteren doe je aan de R&D manager;
  • Tijdens jouw werk hou je telkens rekening met diverse aspecten: kostprijs, verwerkingssnelheid, ergonomie, etc.

Wat verwacht onze klant van hun nieuwe R&D collega?

  • Je bent bij voorkeur Industrieel Ingenieur - optie Industrieel Ontwerpen of Productontwikkelaar;
  • Reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Ervaring in de aluminium sector is een must!;
  • Goede kennis van Autocad en kennis van Inventor is een plus;
  • Goede talenkennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Een woordje Duits is mooi meegenomen;
  • Verder ben je gemotiveerd, creatief, communicatief en deinst niet terug van een beetje uitdaging.
