Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een productontwikkelaar / r&d medewerker voor onze klant in Diest. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het produceren van voeding. Neem gerust de vacature even door! Indien je nog vragen hebt, kan je ons telefonisch bereiken op 011 94 81 56.

Jouw takenpakket als productontwikkelaar / R&D medewerker bestaat uit:

  • Het ontwerpen en perfectioneren van zowel vernieuwende als bestaande gerechten en recepten.
  • Het uitproberen van verschillende ingrediënten, productietechnieken en verpakkingsmaterialen om een optimaal resultaat te garanderen.
  • Het opvolgen van proefsessies en het assisteren bij de lancering van nieuwe maaltijden op de productievloer.
  • Het omzetten van jouw creatieve concepten in heldere handleidingen en instructies voor de medewerkers in de productie.
  • Het uitvoeren van keuringen en smaaktests, waarbij je de bevindingen gebruikt voor gerichte kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
  • Het nauwkeurig bijhouden en beheren van alle specificaties rond ingrediënten en technische documenten.
  • Het bewaken van de voedselveiligheid, waaronder allergenenbeheer, nutritionele waarden en de versheid van het product.
  • Het spotten van marktontwikkelingen en het proactief meedenken over frisse en commerciële concepten.

Profiel

Als productontwikkelaar / r&d medewerker herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in voeding & dieetkunde of hebt een vergelijkbaar niveau opgebouwd door relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring as productontwikkelaar.
  • Je bent een echte doener die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en operationeel bijspringt.
  • Je barst van de originaliteit en deelt jouw vernieuwende ideeën zonder schroom.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt daarnaast een goede basiskennis van het Engels.
  • Je hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en benadert uitdagingen op een logische, analytische manier.
