Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste R&D Productontwikkelaar om ons R&D-team te versterken. Wie zijn wij? Hegron is een toonaangevend private label-productiebedrijf in de cosmetica-industrie, waar innovatie en kwaliteit centraal staan. Dagelijks werken we met gedrevenheid aan het ontwikkelen en produceren van hoogwaardige persoonlijke verzorgings- en beautyproducten. Wat ga je doen? Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert nieuwe en bestaande recepturen in overleg met onze klanten. Van deze recepturen maak je samples op labschaal en bepaal je de fysische, geur- en analytische eigenschappen. Dit doe je tijdens de stabiliteit-, compatibiliteit- en andere R&D-testen die je uitvoert. Je verwerkt en beheert de testresultaten van al deze testen. Je voert de voorbereiding uit van de (extern uit te voeren) dermatologische, challenge- en SPF-testen en beheert de testresultaten. Je test nieuwe en alternatieve grondstoffen die gebruikt gaan worden voor de commerciële producties. Ook vraag je alle vereiste documentatie van grondstoffen en parfums aan en voer je deze gegevens in onze systemen. Wat breng je mee?
