Over de organisatie Onze klant is een familiebedrijf actief binnen de voedingssector. Deze snelgroeiende organisatie is op zoek naar een R&D/Sales Engineer.

Jouw nieuwe functie Deze job is dus tweeledig: commercieel en product development. Voor het commerciële luik onderhoud je klantencontacten, ga je opzoek naar nieuwe afzetmarkten en ondersteun je de klanten met technische vragen. Wat betreft het product development luik ben je verantwoordelijk om vragen van de klant te gaan vertalen in concrete producten. Je stemt hiervoor af met verschillende afdelingen (aankoop, productie, marketing, RA…) en maakt een realistisch plan op. Eens je een haalbaar concept hebt uitgewerkt volg je ook de opstart in productie op. Je doet dit ook op proactieve basis om nieuwe markten aan te spreken. Je rapporteert aan de zaakvoerder.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Master, idealiter binnen de voedingsmiddelentechnologie
  • Je hebt minimum een eerste ervaring (± 3 jaar)
  • Teamplayer, ondernemend, pragmatisch
  • Komt graag in productie
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en kan je verstaanbaar maken in het Frans
