Wir suchen einen innovativen und erfahrenen R&D Senior Motor Designer (m/w/d), der/die eigenverantwortlich an der Entwicklung neuartiger Motorkonzepte im Bereich der Linearmotorsysteme mitgestaltet. In dieser Position verbinden Sie tiefe technische Expertise mit Innovationskraft und Serienreife-Kompetenz. Sie arbeiten in cross-funktionalen, internationalen Teams und leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur technologischen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.

In dieser Rolle helfen Sie dabei, das am Laufen zu halten, was die Welt bewegt - mit sinnstiftender Arbeit, die echten Impact schafft. Das Arbeitsmodell für diese Position ist: vor Ort mit bis zu 10 Homeoffice-Tagen pro Monat.

* Sie entwickeln, was andere noch nicht kennen - von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife: Sie konzipieren und entwickeln eigenverantwortlich innovative Linearmotoren und validieren Ihre Designs virtuell mit modernsten FEM/CFD-Simulationen und digitalem Zwilling * Sie denken Technik und Kosten zusammen - durch gezieltes Design-to-Cost steuern Sie Effizienz und Qualität gleichermaßen und stellen mit FMEA und DVP höchste Zuverlässigkeit sicher * Sie bringen Ideen in die Realität - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Lieferanten und Fertigung sorgen Sie dafür, dass innovative Materialien und Konzepte auch wirklich herstellbar werden (DFM/DFA) * Sie verbinden Disziplinen - als technische Schlüsselperson arbeiten Sie Hand in Hand mit Leistungselektronik, Firmware und Software und hinterlassen Ihren Fingerabdruck in global verteilten Cross-Funktions-Teams

Ihre Qualifikationen für eine Rolle, die bewegt

* Studienabschluss (FH, TU, ETH) in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung

* mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der Auslegung, Entwicklung und Validierung von Motoren oder elektromagnetischen Bauteilen

* Vertiefte Kenntnisse in FEM/CFD-Simulation mit ANSYS Maxwell, Motor-CAD oder COMSOL

* Solides Know-how in Wickeltechnik, Magnetdesign, Toleranzmanagement und fertigungsgerechter Konstruktion (DFM/DFA)

* Praxiserfahrung mit Qualitätsmethoden (FMEA, DVP) und industriellen Serienentwicklungsprozessen

* Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (CATIA, Creo oder SolidWorks), PLM-Plattformen sowie relevanten Normen (IEC, ISO)

* entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Optimismus
