Job Description

YOU

* ensure quality oversight for complex R&D projects and global quality initiatives

* act as the key QA partner for cross-functional stakeholders and project teams

* review, approve, and release GMP-relevant documentation and quality deliverables

* drive quality activities including risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and training initiatives

* support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects

* provide expert guidance on cGMP compliance and quality standards

* contribute to audits, inspections, and due diligence activities

* promote operational excellence and a strong quality culture across the organization

Qualifications

YOU

* hold a Bachelor's degree with experience or a Master's degree with experience in Pharma Quality, QA, Development, or Operations

* have strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements

* bring experience in quality risk management, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes

* demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

* possess solid scientific, technical, and compliance knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry

* communicate fluently in English

Nice to have: Experience with validation, analytical development, health authority inspections, and global project environments.

Salary: Starting from €4,000 gross per month, with a clear willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
