Voor een internationale organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een R&D Support Officer | Productdata & Administratie om het R&D-team tijdelijk te versterken. Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie rond producten en recepturen correct verwerkt, gecontroleerd en up-to-date gehouden wordt.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega's en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij nauwkeurigheid, structuur en een goede opvolging belangrijk zijn. Een ideale opdracht voor iemand die graag administratief werkt, vlot met systemen overweg kan en snel zelfstandig zijn weg vindt.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning bij wijzigingen aan recepten en productinformatie.
  • Je vergelijkt gegevens van leveranciers met bestaande informatie en signaleert afwijkingen of verbeterpunten.
  • Je vult productspecificaties aan en houdt deze actueel in interne systemen.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je beheert verschillende opdrachten tegelijk en schakelt vlot tussen taken.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken correct worden opgevolgd.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende collega's binnen het R&D-team.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt sterke computervaardigheden en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt; kennis van een PLM-systeem is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende opdrachten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een troef.
  • Een achtergrond of ervaring binnen de voedingssector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent onmiddellijk of op korte termijn beschikbaar voor een tijdelijke opdracht.
