Vous contribuez à créer un environnement sécurisant propre et accueillant favorisant le bien-être et le développement harmonieux des enfants. Dans ce cadre, votre rôle implique de veiller à leur hygiène, leur santé et leur sécurité, en appliquant les gestes de soin appropriés et ayant une bonne connaissance des besoins nutritionnels des jeunes enfants.

Vous êtes également en mesure d'intervenir avec réactivité et calme en cas d'incidents dans le respect des protocoles de premiers secours.

Vous observez chaque enfant avec bienveillance afin de proposer des activités adaptées à son âge, à ses capacités et à son rythme de développement.

Vous veillez à équilibrer votre attention entre tous les enfants, en répondant aux besoins spécifiques de chacun tout en respectant leur évolution.

Vous encouragez leur autonomie tout en offrant une présence stable, rassurante et bienveillante fondées sur des repères clairs et un cadre sécurisant.

La communication occupe une place essentielle de votre pratique professionnelle.

Vous veillez à instaurer un dialogue bienveillant et respectueux avec les enfants, les familles et l'équipe éducative.

Vous transmettez les informations de manière claire et fiable à vos collègues, à votre responsable et aux familles, afin d'assurer une continuité et une cohérence dans l'accompagnement des enfants.

Vous savez exprimer votre point de vue avec professionnalisme, tout en restant attentif (ve) et à l'écoute de l'opinion des autres.

Cette attitude favorise un climat de confiance mutuelle et une collaboration harmonieuse au sein de l'équipe.

Vous contribuez ainsi à maintenir un environnement de travail serein et sécurisant propice au développement, au bien-être et à l'épanouissement de tous.

Nous souhaitons de constituer une réserve de recrutement des puériculteurs/-trices dans la région de Bruxelles. Lorsqu'un poste se libère dans notre crèche à Evere ou à Neder-Over-Heembeek et que vous avez réussi cette sélection, vous pourrez être contacté pour commencer immédiatement à travailler chez nous.
