De raad van de gemeente Bergeijk zoekt een enthousiaste en betrokken adviseur voor de gemeenteraad en ondersteuner van de griffier. Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig en betrokken griffieteam dat de schakel vormt tussen de gemeenteraad, het college en de organisatie. Samen pakken we uitdagingen aan en tonen we lef als dat nodig is. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken een collega die zich thuis voelt in de dynamiek van het lokaal bestuur. Je hebt een brede blik op het griffievak en kan moeiteloos schakelen tussen adviseren, ondersteunen, organiseren en uitvoeren. Als onze collega werk je integer, efficiënt en accuraat. Je bent stressbestendig, hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt resultaatgericht werken. We zoeken iemand met gevoel voor politiek-bestuurlijke verhoudingen en goed contact kan onderhouden met raadsleden, inwoners en de ambtelijke organisatie. Tot slot ben je breed inzetbaar en werk je soms in de avonduren. Hierdoor ben je op andere momenten vrij. Wat ga je doen? - Je adviseert de gemeenteraad, de raadscommissies en individuele raadsleden bij de uitvoering van hun taken. - Je bent een goede sparringpartner en plaatsvervanger van de griffier. Ook ondersteun je de griffier op inhoudelijk vlak. - Voor de raadscommissies ben jij het aanspreekpunt en vervul je griffierstaken. Voorafgaand en tijdens de commissievergaderingen ondersteun je de voorzitter....
