Wil jij als radiotherapeutisch laborant werken met de nieuwste radiotherapietechnieken in een hecht team en het verschil maken voor oncologiepatiënten? Als radiotherapeutisch laborant heb je een sleutelrol in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van bestralingsbehandelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke patiënt veilig, nauwkeurig en met aandacht wordt behandeld. Door de verschillende werkplekken binnen de afdeling is geen werkdag hetzelfde en kun je je breed ontwikkelen. Je werkt onder andere op: pre-treatment imaging op onze CT-scanners, MRI-scanner en PET-CT; bestralingsbehandelingen op onder meer Truebeams, Ethos en MRIdian, met technieken zoals online adaptieve radiotherapie, behandelingen met inzet van A.I., triggered imaging, de 6D-couch voor uiterste nauwkeurige patiëntpositionering en Identify; brachytherapie en hypertermie, waar gespecialiseerde teams dagelijks hoogwaardige zorg leveren. Naast de directe patiëntenzorg kun je je inzetten op andere gebieden, zoals: kwaliteitscommissies; begeleiden en opleiden van _tudenten en nieuwe collega’s; ondersteunen van (academische) onderzoeken en trials; multidisciplinaire werkgroepen; het verbeteren en vernieuwen van werkprocessen. Samen met radiotherapeut-oncologen, klinisch fysici en collega’s uit verschillende disciplines werk je continu aan de best mogelijke zorg voor onze patiënten. Groei en ontwikkeling Bij ons blijf je je ontwikkelen. Je krijgt de ruimte om je te verdiepen in onder andere: treatment planning; geavanceerde technieken op MRIdian en Ethos; stereotactische behandelingen; image guided radiotherapy (IGRT). Samen kijken we welke richting het beste bij jou past en hoe jij je verder kunt specialiseren. Radiotherapeutisch laborant - Amsterdam UMC Je houdt van samenwerken, van techniek én van werken met patiënten. Verder neem je mee: een afgeronde MBRT-opleiding of in-service-opleiding tot radiotherapeutisch laborant, of je zit in de laatste fase van je opleiding en studeert binnenkort af; sterke sociale en

communicatieve vaardigheden: je legt makkelijk contact en voelt goed aan wat een patiënt nodig heeft; leergierigheid en plezier in het verbeteren van processen en het zoeken naar slimme oplossingen; teamspirit: je krijgt energie van het werken in een multidisciplinair team; flexibiliteit en bereidheid om incidenteel bereikbaarheidsdiensten te draaien (ongeveer drie keer per jaar) op vrijdagen, weekenden en feestdagen, plus enkele compensatie-doorstraaldagen per jaar. Een jaarcontract met uitzicht met uitzicht op vast. Inschaling in salarisschaal 7M, 8M: € 3.171 tot € 4.492 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). Daarnaast ontvang je 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering. Bereken hier jouw netto salaris. Vakantie-uren: 194,4 uur per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om uren bij te sparen. 100% OV-vergoeding. Kom je lopend, fietsend of met de auto? Dan ontvang je een vergoeding van €0,21 per km (voor de auto geldt een maximum van 40 km enkele reis). Kom je op de fiets? Maak gebruik van onze goede fietsregeling. Pensioenopbouw bij het ABP, waarvan wij 70% van de premie betalen. Gratis en onbeperkt toegang tot scholingen van onder andere GoodHabitz in onze leeromgeving. Je komt te werken in een academische omgeving waar innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Onze afdeling Radiotherapie loopt voorop in innovatieve patiëntenzorg en techniek. We werken met: Adaptieve behandelingen op MRIdian en Ethos Een “RTT only”-werkwijze, waarbij radiotherapeutisch laboranten veel zelfstandigheid hebben A.I. en MRI-guided radiotherapy Geavanceerde stereotactische behandelingen op de Truebeam De nieuwste inzichten binnen brachytherapie en hyperthermie Met ruim 350 collega’s behandelen we jaarlijks meer dan 6.000 oncologiepatiënten.
