Aan het Deurganckdok beheren wij één van de grootste containerterminals van Europa. Met geavanceerde kranen, een uitgebreid straddle carrier-park én de inzet van onze medewerkers zorgen we voor een veilige, efficiënte en duurzame afhandeling van containers.

HUPAC Terminal Antwerp in Ekeren is een belangrijke schakel binnen het intermodale transportnetwerk van Europa. Vanuit onze spoorwegterminal faciliteren we de efficiënte overslag van containers tussen weg- en spoorvervoer en dragen we bij aan duurzame logistieke oplossingen voor onze klanten.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, transporteurs en andere externe partners en zorgt voor een professionele en klantgerichte service.
  • Je coördineert en plant de aanlevering en verwerking van containers, trailers en andere ladingen op de terminal.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van transport- en laadactiviteiten en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van gegevens.
  • Je volgt operationele afwijkingen en klachten op en zoekt oplossingen in overeenstemming met de geldende procedures.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met het hoofdkantoor en verschillende interne afdelingen om een vlotte informatiedoorstroming te garanderen.
  • Je levert correcte operationele rapporteringen en gegevens aan de Team Leader en andere stakeholders.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en ondersteunt bij de opmaak en optimalisatie van procedures.
  • Een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een bedrijfseconomische richting; ervaring binnen de logistieke of maritieme sector is een troef.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een goede kennis van het MS Office-pakket en affiniteit met administratieve processen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, een nauwkeurige werkhouding en het vermogen om efficiënt samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een ploegensysteem (vroege en late shift, met één vroege shift per maand op zaterdag).
