The posting

Als Service Desk Coordinator ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe professionele klanten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte verwerking en opvolging van alle IT-gerelateerde vragen en incidenten.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Behandelen van inkomende telefonische oproepen, webcases en e-mails van klanten met betrekking tot specifieke professionele producten.
  • Correct dispatchen van inkomende incidenten naar de juiste technische afdelingen.
  • Proactief informeren van de klant over de status van de aanvraag en de uiteindelijke oplossing van het incident.
  • Zorgen dat interne procedures en taken nauwkeurig worden uitgevoerd volgens de geldende werkinstructies.
  • Opvolgen van interventies op het terrein om een correcte afhandeling te garanderen.
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van terugkerende problemen.
  • Ondersteunen van collega's om samen de klanttevredenheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Een technische opleiding in het hoger onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Uren: Bereidheid om te werken in een 24/7 ploegensysteem. Werken in shifts is essentieel voor deze rol.
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). Vermogen om klantgericht te communiceren via telefoon, e-mail en E-tickets.

Vaardigheden

  • Passie voor IT en de wil om bij te leren (basiskennis van IT-infrastructuur, IP-netwerken, enz.).
  • Sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Vlot kunnen werken met Office 365-toepassingen.
  • Klantgericht: Ervaring met het ondersteunen van grote organisaties (bedrijven en overheden). Duidelijke en efficiënte communicatie is essentieel voor een optimale klantbeleving.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt in een hecht team waarin collega's zichzelf sturen en elkaar ondersteunen.
  • Punctueel: Vanwege de 24/7 dienstverlening is het naleven van een strak werkrooster cruciaal.
  • Efficiënt: Je bent in staat om bestaande procedures en werkinstructies te analyseren en te helpen verbeteren.
