Voor onze klant, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Back-end Developer. Je treedt intern rechtstreeks in dienst als bediende bij de klant (geen freelancers). Ze zoeken iemand die denkt, doet en keeps going when the going gets tough.

De Fintech-sector evolueert razendsnel. Dat vraagt om écht ownership en iemand die technisch de diepte in kan duiken om het platform te blijven innoveren en verbeteren. Bij hen krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Door de snelle organisatiestructuur geef je jouw ideeën op korte termijn vorm en zie je snel het resultaat van je harde werk.

Jouw rol & impact

Vanuit jouw passie voor het ontwikkelen van schaalbare, performante en veilige back-end systemen til je jouw skills én het product continu naar een hoger niveau.

Als lid van het development team werk je nauw samen met de CTO, 3 collega-developers en 2 testers aan de kern van de softwareapplicatie. Een klein, sterk team waarin jij een impactvolle rol opneemt voor de toekomst van het platform.

  • Kern van de functie: Je richt je op het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van de back-end van het platform. Je optimaliseert de architectuur en gegevensverwerking, met oog voor beveiliging en stabiliteit.
  • Procesverbetering: Met jouw expertise doe je waardevolle suggesties om processen te stroomlijnen voor alle stakeholders, zodat er efficiënter gewerkt kan worden.
  • Integraties & Uitdagingen: Je biedt technische ondersteuning bij integratietrajecten met softwarehuizen, banken en grote bedrijven. Je lost complexe technische vraagstukken op en komt in aanraking met diverse technologieën en industrieën.
  • Groeipad: Zodra je het product van binnen en van buiten kent, wachten er tal van uitdagende projecten om aan mee te bouwen.

(Heb je een bredere, generalistische interesse én ervaring met Angular/Front-end? Deze functie kan eventueel ook op Full Stack niveau worden ingevuld!)

  • Kwaliteitsgericht: Je begrijpt dat een goed product nooit "af" is. Je haalt energie uit de mix van creëren en finetunen. Je schrijft je code clean, gestructureerd, herbruikbaar en makkelijk testbaar.
  • AI & Modern Mindset: Je bent een early adopter en zet AI in als slimme sparringpartner in je denkproces, ondersteund door jouw eigen kritische geest en softwarekennis.
  • Technische stack: Aantoonbare ervaring met Java, Go en het Spring framework. Diepgaand inzicht in databases (je weet niet alleen hoe je ze gebruikt, maar ook hoe ze op de achtergrond werken). Ervaring met API-integraties, WebServices en Linux is een sterk pluspunt.
  • Talen & Samenwerking: Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels. Je werkt graag zelfstandig binnen een klein, wendbaar team waarin kennisdeling centraal staat.
