Ben jij een proactieve, zelfstandige IT Service Desk Engineer met ervaring in field support? Bij Randstad Digital zoeken we een Medior IT Service Desk Engineer die ons team komt versterken voor een langetermijnproject Tubize. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je het gezicht van IT: je combineert first-line en second-line support met fysieke interventies als local runner. Je biedt service aan uiteenlopende eindgebruikers, waaronder sportmanagers en directie, en zorgt dat de IT-infrastructuur vlekkeloos draait.

Jouw taken

  • Bieden van 1ste en 2de-lijns technical support (zowel face-to-face on-site als via het online ticketingsysteem)
  • Optreden als local runner / field engineer: uitvoeren van fysieke interventies en Hardware-reparaties op locatie
  • Werkplekken en laptops klaarmaken, configureren en uitrollen voor eindgebruikers
  • Registreren, beheren en opvolgen van IT-tickets binnen de afgesproken serviceniveaus
  • Bieden van ondersteuning en advies bij het gebruik van IT-apparatuur en software
  • Escaleren van complexe IT-vraagstukken naar de juiste 3de-lijns IT-specialisten
  • Zelfstandig en proactief oppakken van incidenten om een uitstekende gebruikerservaring te garanderen
  • Ervaring: 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een IT Service Desk-, On-site Support- of Field Engineer-rol
  • Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en Nederlands (verplicht); goede kennis van het Engels om vlot binnen IT-teams te communiceren
  • Grondige kennis van Microsoft-omgevingen (Admin Center, EndPoint, Exchange, Azure)
  • Goede ervaring met Windows OS in Intune-managed en Autopilot-modus
  • Ervaring met het configureren en troubleshooten van mobiele apparaten
  • Kennis van ITSM-tools (kennis van ServiceNow is een pluspunt) en affiniteit met ITIL-processen
  • Zelfstandig, matuur en stressbestendig (gewend om service te verlenen aan een veeleisend doelpubliek zoals (sport)managers)
  • Oplossingsgericht met een proactieve werkhouding en veel eigen initiatief
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgericht en representatief
