Over de functie

Als Support Engineer verleen je hoogwaardige informaticaondersteuning voor Hardware- en softwaretoepassingen aan een gevarieerde groep zakelijke klanten, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.

Ligt een netwerk plat, laat bedrijfssoftware het afweten, kan een eindgebruiker niet inloggen of staat er een migratie van een mailserver op de planning? Jij bent de deskundige IT-collega die de situatie analyseert, het overzicht bewaart en een passende oplossing biedt.

Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Incident Management: Je registreert en beheert incidenten via een centraal ticketingplatform, zoekt het probleem tot op de bodem uit en verzorgt een duidelijke opvolging naar de klant.
  • Remote Support & Ansturing: Je biedt support vanop afstand én stuurt waar nodig field technicians op locatie aan.
  • Kennis & Eigenaarschap: Je krijgt de vrijheid om zaken naar je toe te trekken en je te verdiepen in de IT-domeinen die jou het meeste boeien (zoals netwerken, systeembeheer, cloud of security).

  • Technische kennis Besturingssystemen: Grondige kennis van moderne Windows- en Windows Server-omgevingen (en eventueel ervaring met Linux). Microsoft Ecosystem: Vertrouwd met Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online/Hybrid), SQL en cloudtoepassingen. Netwerken & Infrastructuur: Goede kennis van Active Directory, netwerkapparatuur (switches/routers), security (Antivirus, Anti-spam, Firewalls), back-upsystemen en moderne telefonieoplossingen.
  • Soft Skills: Klantgericht, stressbestendig, communicatief sterk en met een echte winnaarsmentaliteit om mensen verder te helpen.
  • Groeimindset: Je wil doorgroeien tot een gespecialiseerde IT-consultant binnen een specifiek infrastructuurdomein en haalt graag certificaten om je kennis uit te breiden.
  • Talen: Vloeiend in het Nederlands met een goede operationele kennis van het Frans en Engels.
