Voor de Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) zijn we op zoek naar een analytische en gedreven specialist die de processen binnen ons Crediteurendomein grondig onderzoekt, optimaliseert en digitaliseert. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur binnen het Crediteurendomein breng jij onze huidige processen haarscherp in kaart. Om de praktijk écht te begrijpen en waardevolle inzichten te verzamelen, draai je de eerste weken actief mee in de productie op de afdeling Facturatie. Vervolgens vertaal je deze kennis naar concrete verbeteringen en adviezen. Tot jouw werkzaamheden behoren: - Procesoptimalisatie & Innovatie: Onderzoeken hoe we data-analyse (zoals Celonis) en ons ERP-systeem (Oracle eBS) optimaal kunnen benutten. - Automatisering: Kansen identificeren én benutten voor robotisering (RPA) of automatisering om interne processen sneller, efficiënter, kwalitatiever en minder kwetsbaar te maken. - BI & Rapportage: Input leveren over de crediteurenprocessen richting Business Intelligence (BI) om stuurinformatie te verbeteren. - Analyse & Advies: Maken van diepgaande analyses op het gebied van facturatie en het opstellen van strategische en operationele verbeteradviezen.
