Rauchfangkehrerbetrieb in Wels sucht 1 Rauchfangkehrer_in (Gesellin/Geselle oder Meister mit der Möglichkeit zur späteren Betriebsübernahme) Arbeitsort:

* Kehrgebiet Wels / Wels-Land

* Insbesondere Wels Neustadt und Buchkirchen.

Arbeitszeit:

* Montag bis Donnerstag: 6:00 bis 14:30 Uhr

* Freitag: bis 11:00 Uhr

* Gleitzeitregelung zwischen Haupt- und Nebensaison

Eintrittsdatum:

* Ab Sofort

Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

* Reinigung, Überprüfung und Wartung von Feuerungsanlagen, Rauch- und Abgasfängen gemäß gesetzlichen Vorgaben

* Durchführung von Abgas- und Immissionsmessungen zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Sicherheitsstandards

* Beratung von Kunden zu Heizungsanlagen, Energieeffizienz und Brandschutzmaßnahmen

* Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Erstellung von Prüfberichten

* Erkennen und Beheben von Sicherheitsmängeln an Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen

* Arbeiten auf Dächern sowie in engen und schwer zugänglichen Räumen

Langfristige Perspektive zur Betriebsübernahme:

(Rauchfangkehrermeister)

* Einarbeitung in betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe

* Kundenbetreuung und administrative Tätigkeiten

* Schrittweise Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rauchfangkehrer/in (Meisterprüfung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend)

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Gute körperliche Fitness und Schwindelfreiheit

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit im Umgang mit sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen

* Freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt

* Führerschein der Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)

* Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufen und Unternehmensführung

* Langfristige Perspektive und Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung im Betrieb
