Voor Fonville zijn wij op zoek naar een Rayonmanager voor Oost-Groningen. In deze functie krijg je een eigen rayon met verschillende locaties, teams en klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie goed loopt. Je bent veel op pad, kent je medewerkers en klanten en weet wat er speelt. Zie je dat iets beter kan? Dan pak je het op. Salaris 19,12 - 21,07 per uur, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring Functie Rayonmanager Uren per week 38 uur per week Functieomschrijving Als Rayonmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen rayon in Oost-Groningen. Je stuurt schoonmaakteams aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken met klanten worden nagekomen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van schoonmaakteams - Maken en bijsturen van personeelsplanningen - Bewaken van de kwaliteit op verschillende locaties - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers - Oplossen van dagelijkse uitdagingen en knelpunten - Regelen van vervanging bij ziekte en verlof - Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers - Bijhouden van personeels- en verzuimgegevens - Signaleren van kansen en verbeteringen binnen jouw rayon - Zorgen dat medewerkers weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht en dat zij hun werk goed kunnen uitvoeren Je bent niet iemand die alleen van achter een bureau de planning bekijkt. Je bent zichtbaar op de locaties, weet wat er speelt en bent voor medewerkers én klanten een aanspreekpunt.
