Voor Knijn & Damsma in Heemskerk zoeken wij een Rayonmanager die zorgt dat alles in zijn of haar rayon soepel loopt. Je coacht supervisors en voormannen/-vrouwen, houdt overzicht over planning en bezetting en grijpt in als iets beter kan. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag controleer je de kwaliteit op locatie, de andere dag start je een nieuw contract op of werk je aan een verbetertraject.
