Als Rayonmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor meerdere locaties binnen het NS-netwerk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dienstverlening op hoog niveau blijft, ondanks de dynamiek en complexiteit van de omgeving. Je schakelt dagelijks met de klant, stuurt je teams aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van de operatie. Daarbij weet je precies wanneer je moet meebewegen en wanneer je juist duidelijke grenzen stelt. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Aansturen en coachen van teamleiders en schoonmaakteams - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en resultaten (KPI's) - Onderhouden en versterken van de relatie met de klant (NS) - Proactief oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en escalaties - Zorgen voor een optimale personeelsinzet en bezetting - Voeren van (lastige) gesprekken over prestaties en verwachtingen Wie ben jij? Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet goed om te gaan met een omgeving waar verwachtingen hoog liggen. Je bent duidelijk in je communicatie en durft grenzen te stellen, maar je begrijpt ook wanneer flexibiliteit nodig is Daarnaast: - Heb je ervaring in een leidinggevende rol, bij voorkeur in een operationele omgeving - Ben je sterk in stakeholdermanagement en relatiebeheer - Kun je goed schakelen en blijf je rustig onder druk - Neem je verantwoordelijkheid en durf je beslissingen te nemen - Heb je oog voor zowel mensen als resultaten Wat maakt deze rol bijzonder?
