CSU Rayonmanager Specialisten - CSU - Rotterdam CSU Jobid=630575299225124944 (0.099) Dit ga je doen Locatie: Rotterdam Uren per week: 40 uur per week Als Rayonmanager Specialistische Reiniging ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een team van circa 40 specialistische medewerkers en 2 objectleiders. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dienstverlening bij onze klanten soepel verloopt, projecten succesvol worden uitgevoerd en medewerkers optimaal worden ondersteund in hun werk. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je start de dag met het beantwoorden van vragen, verwerken van ziekmeldingen en het organiseren van passende vervanging. Je bezoekt klanten om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te bespreken, onderhoudt relaties en signaleert commerciële kansen. Daarnaast begeleid je nieuwe projecten van offerte tot oplevering en zorg je voor een efficiënte inzet van medewerkers, materialen en middelen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig binnen jouw rayon, weet wat er speelt binnen jouw team en houdt grip op kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en resultaat. We werken op dit moment vanuit twee regiokantoren: één in Den Haag en één in Barendrecht. Maar… er staat iets heel moois te gebeuren! In augustus 2026 verhuizen we naar een splinternieuwe locatie in Rotterdam Alexandrium. Een centrale, moderne plek waar onze teams vanuit beide regio's nóg makkelijker kunnen samenwerken. Een plek die past bij onze groei, onze ambities en bij de manier waarop we met elkaar willen werken: open, toegankelijk en toekomstgericht. Werkzaamheden rayonmanager: - Leidinggeven aan circa 40 specialistische medewerkers en 2 objectleiders. - Verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning, dagelijkse operatie en continuïteit van de dienstverlening. - Onderhouden van klantrelaties en signaleren van commerciële kansen. - Coördineren van projecten van offerte, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering tot oplevering. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, budgetten en projectresultaten. - Zorgdrage...
