Vacature Den Haag Re-integratie Coach There are x favorite(s) Functie omschrijving Re-integratie Coach - Na de intakefase maak je een plan van aanpak van waaruit je de begeleiding start; - Vanuit je kennis en bevlogenheid inventariseer je mogelijkheden en kansen die je verwerkt in een plan van aanpak; - Je voert coachgesprekken met een brede doelgroep en/of coacht waar nodig "on the job"; - Je adviseert werkgevers bij de uitvoering van hun verzuim- en re-integratiebeleid met het oog op duurzaam werken; - Je schroomt niet voor administratieve taken, zoals het schrijven van rapportages of een offerte. - Je werkt samen met opdrachtgevers, bedrijfsartsen, arbeidsdeskundigen en waar nodig met behandelaren. - Vanuit oprechte verbinding ga jij op zoek naar nieuw zinvol perspectief voor jouw kandidaten. - We streven naar een Wvp-proof traject, waarbij de werknemer, de werkgever én opdrachtgever tevreden zijn. Dit vraagt van jou als coach-consultant om de belangen en verwachtingen van betrokken partijen goed in kaart te brengen en managen. Functie eisen Re-integratie Coach - je hebt ervaring en/ of affiniteit met (een aantal van) onze doelgroepen. Wij begeleiden mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel, autisme, burn-out en andere mentale klachten, kanker (of hersteld) en post-COVID. - Je hebt een afgeronde mensgerichte HBO opleiding. - Je beschikt over het talent om mensen te ondersteunen bij het bereiken van hun doel. - Je hebt kennis van de Wet verbetering poortwachter. - Je heb een rijbewijs en eigen auto. - Je bent minimaal 28 uur per week beschikbaar (fulltime is 38 uur per week) Het aanbod - De functie is in regio Den Haag/Leiden/Gouda - Volledige vrijheid om je eigen agenda te bepalen.
