Want als re-integratieconsulent bij Agros te Haarlem kun jij het verschil maken. Vanwege uitbreiding van het team zijn wij op zoek naar een re-integratieconsulent. Als re-integratieconsulent begeleid en bemiddel je in opdracht van gemeenten kandidaten naar werk. Daarnaast zul je contacten onderhouden met werkgevers en andere samenwerkingspartners. De doelgroep bestaat uit kandidaten met een (grote) afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Dit ga je doen als re-integratieconsulent bij Agros In deze functie help je mensen om (weer) aan het werk te gaan, in opdracht van gemeentes in de regio. Je begeleidt, coacht en bemiddelt kandidaten bij hun re-integratie. Je hebt veel persoonlijke gesprekken en onderhoudt contact met het bedrijvennetwerk. Het doel is om voor elke kandidaat passend werk te vinden. Om dit te realiseren, pak jij het volgende op: - Acquisitie: het (op maat) werven van reguliere vacatures, participatiebanen en werkervaringsplaatsen - Intake & analyse: het vaststellen van de capaciteiten, interesses en mogelijkheden van de kandidaten - Matchen: denken in mogelijkheden en oplossingen voor zowel de kandidaat als de werkgever - Trajectbegeleiding: plaatsing en coaching; het volgen en begeleiden van kandidaten met als doel het realiseren/behouden van een plaatsing op de arbeidsmarkt - Het wegbrengen en ophalen van kandidaten van en naar de werkplek is een onderdeel van onze dienstverlening - Eigen caseload: zelfstandig en resultaatgericht een eigen caseload beheren - Administratie: het rapporteren en bijhouden van het klantvolgsysteem Over Agros Agros is een re-integratie en uitzendbureau.
