- Over Compagnon - Werken bij Re-integratieadviseur regio Den Haag (detachering) Voor het COA in Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar een re-integratieadviseur voor 36 uur per week, gedurende ongeveer één jaar. De startdatum staat gepland op begin november. De functie Als re-integratieadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van leidinggevende rondom verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid, met als doel de verzuimperiode te minimaliseren, re-integratiekansen te benutten en de schadelast te beperken. Taken - Adviseert en begeleidt leidinggevende en medewerker, rekening houdend met de rol van de leidinggevende als casemanager, het verzuimmodel en de situatie van de medewerker. - Stapt in bij lang verzuim (of eerder wanneer lang verzuim wordt voorzien) en stuurt op boetevrije, WVP proof dossiers en kwalitatief goede gesprekken. Adviseert leidinggevende en medewerker over inzet van leveranciers voor 2e spoor-begeleiding, re-integratieplekken, arbeidsdeskundig onderzoek etc. - Bevordert deskundigheid op het gebied van verzuim en re-integratie in de organisatie, zodat (langdurig) verzuim waar mogelijk wordt voorkomen (preventie) en waar het voorkomt professioneel wordt begeleid. - Doet voorstellen voor concrete procesverbeteringen en werkt deze waar nodig uit in procesbeschrijvingen. Creëert draagvlak voor procesaanpassingen en implementeert deze. Bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening van de providerboog. - Analyseert verzuim gerelateerde stuurinformatie en rapporteert hierover. - Doet voorstellen voor aanpassing van verzuimbeleid en het meetbaar maken van resultaten op verzuim en re-integratie. Contacten Intern: - Leidinggevenden (over casemanagement), hoger management (over verzuimanalyses en beleid), HR. - Adviseurs (over 1e lijns-verzuimadvies, preventie en dossieroverdracht), HR-medewerkers (over verzuimadministratie), salarisadministrateurs (over salaris gerelateerde adviezen).
