Preventie en goede verzuimbegeleiding zijn daarbijbelangrijk. Als re-integratie adviseur ben jij hierin een sleutelspeler. Je bent veelvuldig op de locaties aanwezig. Voor de locatie nieuwegein zijn we opzoek naar een reintegratieadviseur. Je bent werkzaam bij de afdeling HR gezondheid en mobiliteit , team Gezondheidsmanagement. Dit team is onderdeel van de afdeling HRM van hetShared Service Center DJI (SSC DJI). Jouw werkzaamheden zijn gericht op de advisering en ondersteuning van leidinggevenden bij langdurig verzuimen de begeleiding van de verzuimende medewerkers naar passend werk. Zodra er sprake is van complex verzuim, maximaal na 6 weken, ga je deleidinggevende en medewerker ondersteunen. Je bent hierin de expert, adviseur en proceseigenaar. Je ondersteunt de leidinggevendezodat de juiste stappen volgens de richtlijnen uit de Wet verbetering Poortwachter worden genomen. Je begeleidt de leidinggevende en demedewerker en draagt actief bij aan een zo spoedig mogelijke werkhervatting en reintegratiemogelijkheden. Je zorgt daarbij voor het uitzetten vandiensten, zoals 1e en 2e spoorbegeleiding, arbeidsdeskundige onderzoeken en aanwijzingen tot medisch herplaatsing kandidaat.
