Stap binnen in de wereld van de automotive en maak als reachtruckchauffeur bij DAF in Westerlo het verschil op de werkvloer in een afwisselend 2-ploegensysteem.

In deze dynamische rol beweeg je je door de moderne productieomgeving van DAF Trucks. Ongeveer 80% van de tijd ben je op pad met de elektrotrekker om de montagelijnen stipt van de juiste onderdelen te voorzien. DAF zorgt voor een grondige interne opleiding om dit toestel perfect onder de knie te krijgen. De overige 20% van je dag benut je jouw expertise op de reachtruck om materialen veilig en efficiënt op hoogte te plaatsen.

Wie zoeken we voor deze vacature?

  • Je bezit ervaring als reachtruckchauffeur of soortgelijke ervaring in een magazijnomgeving.
  • Je hebt een leergierige instelling om via interne trainingen met nieuwe machines te leren werken.
  • Je wilt aan de slag in een afwisselend 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Je hebt een vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands met collega's en leidinggevenden.
  • Je hebt eigen vervoer om de locatie in Westerlo vlot te bereiken.

Jouw takenpakket als magazijnier?

  • Bevoorraden van de productielijnen met de elektrotrekker om het productieproces continu te laten draaien.
  • Uitvoeren van precisiewerk op hoogte als reachtruckchauffeur DAF en het incidenteel inzetten van de heftruck.
  • Laden en lossen van binnenkomende en uitgaande vrachtwagens.
  • Actief handhaven van de veiligheidsnormen en orde in de magazijnzones.
  • Meedenken over het continue verbeteren van de interne logistieke processen.
