  • Je bent de kick-starter van duurzame en impactvolle projecten waarbinnen we mensen met elkaar verbinden.
  • Je gaat actief op prospectie in functie van de ontwikkeling van nieuwe Upkot-, Upliving- of Upoffizprojecten.
  • Je bouwt een sterk netwerk uit (en houdt het warm) zodat je altijd als eerste nieuwe marktopportuniteiten spot.
  • Je onderzoekt potentiële projecten, bezoekt locaties en werkt een buurt- en inplantingsanalyse uit.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Frans, tweetaligheid is een plus.
  • Je maakt feasability studies op, waarbij onze ecologische, sociale en financiële parameters jouw vertrekpunt vormen.
  • Je werkt creatieve concepten uit om de haalbaarheid van projecten te garanderen.
  • Je maakt dossiers op, bereidt meetings met stakeholders voor en je onderhandelt mee aankoopdeals.
  • Je rapporteert aan Diederik, de COO en kan rekenen op de steun van een multidisciplinair team.

  • We ontwikkelen met het oog op duurzaam beheer en maximale connectiviteit van onze huurders.
