Dan is deze rol als Real Estate Assistant echt iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Real Estate Assistant ben jij de spil binnen de afdeling Real Estate. Je ondersteunt de Directeur Real Estate, de Portfolio & Expansion Manager en de Bouwafdeling bij uiteenlopende administratieve, organisatorische en coördinerende werkzaamheden. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde werkwijze en oog voor detail verlopen processen efficiënt en blijft de afdeling optimaal georganiseerd. In jouw dagelijkse rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een veelzijdig en dynamisch takenpakket waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw werkzaamheden is het zorgdragen voor correcte en actuele administratie van huurcontracten, projecten en vastgoedgegevens. Hierbij signaleer je tijdig aflopende huurcontracten en coördineer je het proces rondom huurvernieuwingen en contractverlengingen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve, schriftelijke en telefonische communicatie rondom alle lopende huurovereenkomsten, en zorg je voor het opstellen, verwerken en nauwkeurig archiveren van contracten, overeenkomsten en overige vastgoeddocumentatie.
