Om het finance team te versterken zijn zij op zoek naar een Real Estate Investment Analyst.

Jouw nieuwe functie

In deze functie als Real Estate Investment Analyst (Capital Markets) maak je deel uit van een gespecialiseerd team dat eigenaars en investeerders begeleidt bij omvangrijke vastgoedinvesteringsdossiers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van financiële analyses, investeringsmodellen en waarderingen van vastgoedprojecten en speelt een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding van strategische investeringsbeslissingen. Je analyseert de financiële performantie van vastgoedactiva, voert rendements- en risicoanalyses uit en vertaalt complexe financiële data naar heldere investeringsadviezen. Samen met je team werk je uitgebreide investeringsdossiers uit, waarbij je financiële inzichten combineert met marktinformatie om onderbouwde aanbevelingen te formuleren voor investeerders en eigenaars. Daarnaast presenteer en verdedig je jouw analyses tegenover investeerders, banken, eigenaars en andere stakeholders binnen de vastgoedmarkt. Je bouwt relaties uit met verschillende marktspelers, volgt markttrends en investeringsopportuniteiten actief op en ondersteunt bij het structureren van complexe vastgoedtransacties. Deze functie vormt een unieke combinatie van corporate finance, investment analysis en vastgoed, waarbij je werkt aan strategische dossiers met een aanzienlijke investeringswaarde. Je krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen Capital Markets, je financiële expertise toe te passen in een investeringscontext en door te groeien naar een meer senior rol binnen vastgoedinvesteringen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een economische richting, zoals TEW, Handelsingenieur, Bedrijfskunde, Finance of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen finance, bijvoorbeeld in audit, controlling, corporate finance, accountancy, investment analysis of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Ervaring of een sterke interesse in de vastgoedsector is een belangrijke troef. Een bijkomende opleiding of affiniteit met vastgoed wordt sterk gewaardeerd.
  • Je combineert een sterke analytische mindset met het vermogen om financiële informatie helder te vertalen naar investeringsadviezen en businesscases.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met senior stakeholders, zoals investeerders, eigenaars, banken en andere spelers binnen de vastgoedmarkt.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, communicatief sterk en weet opportuniteiten te detecteren en professioneel voor te stellen.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt ownership over je dossiers en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar ondernemerschap, groei en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.
  • Je hebt interesse in de dynamiek van de vastgoedinvesteringsmarkt en volgt economische en vastgoedgerelateerde markttrends graag op.
  • Je bent ambitieus en geïnteresseerd om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen Capital Markets en Real Estate Investments.
