En tant que Real Estate Sales Consultant, vous identifiez de manière proactive des opportunités commerciales et développez des relations solides avec les clients et prospects. Dans un environnement de marché concurrentiel, votre sens commercial, votre ambition et votre esprit entrepreneurial contribuent à renforcer et à développer davantage la position de Quantum sur le marché.

Vous développez et gérez votre propre portefeuille de clients grâce à une prospection active, organisez des rendez-vous et créez de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires. Vous assurez également un suivi commercial et administratif rigoureux de vos dossiers, fournissez un service de haute qualité et construisez des relations durables avec vos clients sur le long terme.

  • Vous avez une passion pour la vente et aimez établir des contacts avec les clients et les prospects.
  • Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences en communication et d'un véritable sens commercial.
  • Vous maîtrisez couramment le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais.
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve), autonome et orienté(e) résultats.
  • Vous avez une affinité avec les services et/ou l'immobilier.
  • Vous êtes curieux(se), désireux(se) d'apprendre et motivé(e) à évoluer dans un environnement concurrentiel.
