Als Real-time Manager Zorgvervoer zorg jij dat alles op rolletjes loopt op het moment dat het ertoe doet. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, bewaart het overzicht en stuurt bij waar nodig, zodat reizigers altijd op tijd en zorgeloos hun bestemming bereiken. Met jouw scherpe blik én gevoel voor mensen maak jij elke dag het verschil. Vacature: Real time Manager Zorgvervoer Gouda - Regie met impact. (Parttime Fulltime 24 40 uur) Functieomschrijving In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het zorgvervoer in jouw regio. Je bewaakt continu de voortgang en stuurt actief bij waar dat nodig is, zodat alles soepel blijft verlopen. Daarbij houd je scherp zicht op prestaties zoals servicegraad en efficiëntie. Je hebt veel contact met chauffeurs en ondersteunt hen bij problemen onderweg. Bij verstoringen neem jij beslissingen en weet je rustig te blijven, ook onder druk. Tegelijk zorg je ervoor dat de beschikbare capaciteit optimaal wordt ingezet en stuur je bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Ook kijk je vooruit: je signaleert structurele afwijkingen voor de komende dagen (T+1 t/m T+3), zoals volumepieken en capaciteitsproblemen. Samen met de contractmanager en WFM zet je hiervoor gerichte acties uit. In alles wat je doet werk je intensief samen met teamleiders en andere collega's in de operatie om de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. Voor deze functie word je eerst goed ingewerkt. De eerste 3 maanden van je inwerkperiode werk je vanuit onze locatie in Oosterhout/Breda. In deze periode leer je onze organisatie, systemen, processen en werkwijze goed kennen.
