Beschrijving Als receptiemedewerker op De Kaap ben jij de eerste persoon die onze gasten zien, dat maakt jou het visitekaartje van onze organisatie. Met een grote glimlach ontvang je groepen en gasten, waarbij je hen alle nodige informatie voor hun ultieme dagje uit geeft. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in hun dagje uit. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich meteen welkom voelt. Je doet: • Administratieve werkzaamheden. • Staat gasten vriendelijk te woord, zowel telefonisch als achter de balie. • Zorgt ervoor dat de gasten bij jou terecht kunnen voor alle vragen en informatie. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ticketverkoop op locatie en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en soepel verloopt. • Plaatst en wijzigt de reserveringen in ons reserveringssysteem. Je bent: • Flexibel inzetbaar voor dagdiensten en beschikbaar in het weekend. • Representatief en communicatief vaardig. • Beheers je naast Nederlands, ook de Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift. De beheersing van de Duitse taal is een pré, maar niet noodzakelijk. • Jouw enthousiasme zorgt ervoor dat gasten zich meteen welkom voelen. • Heb je een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en ben je in staat om snel te schakelen in drukke situaties. • Ben je oplossingsgericht en een echte multitasker.
