Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste receptionist, ben jij het persoon die het fijn vind om te ontzorgen en graag mensen helpt? Dan hebben wij de perfecte functie open staan!

Wat jij gaat doen:

• In-en uitchecken van hotelgasten.

• Het geven van informatie.

• Het bedienen van de telefooncentrale.

• Het opvangen van vragen en eventuele klachten.

• Het verwerken van e-mails.

• Het inboeken van reserveringen in het systeem.

• Serveren van dranken en snacks aan hotelgasten.

• Toezien op de veiligheid van onze hotelgasten, het signaleren van onregelmatigheden en het begeleiden van hotelgasten in noodsituaties.

• Kassa-afsluiting en andere administratieve handelingen.

• Alle overige zich voordoende werkzamheden.

• Verzorgen van receptiebalie en de lobby.

The Delphi Amsterdam Townhouse is een boutique hotel met 50 kamers die stuk voor stuk een eigen identiteit hebben. Wij stralen luxe uit maar met een amicale en huiselijke sfeer. Zodra je de buurt binnen komt zie je al het pracht en praal van de Apollolaan en om de hoek bevinden zich de luxe Beethovenstraat en Cornelis Schuyt. Kortom een fijne buurt om in te werken maar ook om in te verblijven als gast!

Functie-eisen: Wat wij zoeken:

• Iemand die 24-32 uur per week beschikbaar is.

• Bij voorkeur woonachtig in Amsterdam of directe omgeving.

• Receptie-ervaring is een pre, in bezit van BHV.

• Representatief voorkomen.

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

• Flexibel, gemotiveerd, positief.

• Zeer gast- en oplossingsgericht.

• MBO of hoger denkniveau.

Uurloon is conform horeca CAO.
