Receptiemedewerker - locatie De Petersborg - In overleg - Vrijwillige medewerker voor administratie & registratie Als receptiemedewerker ben je het visitekaartje van SWOA. Jij bent degene die de mensen welkom heet op onze locatie. Taken als telefoontjes aannemen, mails beantwoorden en bezoekers wegwijs maken op de locatie, is iets wat je met enthousiasme doet. Werktijden - Door de week - Overdag - 2 ochtenden/middagen per week Uitgebreide taakomschrijving Bezoekers warm ontvangen, telefoontjes aannemen en mails beantwoorden zijn allerlei onderdelen van je takenpakket. Het bijhouden van activiteiten in ons registratiesysteem leer je door ''learning-on-the-job''. Wat voor kennis of vaardigheden zijn nodig? - Je bent beschikbaar op maandagochtend, dinsdagochtend, woensdagmiddag - Je kan goed overweg met een computer. - Je bent betrouwbaar en je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je taken. - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing v.d. Nederlandse taal is essentieel vanwege het contact met mensen. Wat maakt het werk de moeite waard voor de vrijwilliger? Afwisseling in taken zorgt ervoor dat het werk leuk en boeiend blijft. De visie die SWOA hanteert zorgt ervoor dat vrijwilligers op dezelfde manier behandeld worden als ieder andere beroepskracht. We bieden je reiskostenvergoeding voor auto, openbaar vervoer en fiets. In overleg is er ook scholing mogelijk in de vorm van een training of cursus. Tot slot is er jaarlijks een gezellig vrijwilligersuitje en ontvang je een cadeautje op bijvoorbeeld jouw verjaardag. Voor onze locatie De Gaanderij zijn wij op zoek naar een receptiemedewerker/gastheer/-vrouw!
