Je bent ons visitekaartje en dit draag je uit, je ontvangt de bezoekers op een professionele en gastvrije manier en jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste persoon geïnformeerd wordt over het gearriveerde bezoek. Je bent samen met jouw collega's verantwoordelijk voor het verrichten van ondersteunende administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het aanmelden van cliënten, zorgdragen voor kamerplanningen, sleutelregistraties en het verwerken van inschrijfformulieren, het uitvragen van gegevens en in voorkomende gevallen het maken van afspraken. Je handelt algemeen binnenkomend telefoonverkeer zelfstandig af en je verbindt patiënt telefoon door naar de Zorgadministratie. Je bent een kei in het stellen van prioriteiten, zodat alles in goede banen loopt. Als receptiemedewerker heb jij ook de uitdagende taak om als BHV'er het BHV plan op te volgen bij calamiteiten.
