Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een Receptiemedewerker- Administratief bediende om ons team tijdens de moederschapsrust van onze vaste collega te versterken. Je werkt vanuit Roeselare (België) en rapporteert aan de HR Manager.

Jouw rol in de mix:

In deze sta je in voor:

  • professionele en warme ontvangst van onze bezoekers
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van verschillende diensten: HR, Facility, Sales, Communicatie, ...
  • Het badgebeheer van onze bezoekers, externe medewerkers en uitzendkrachten
  • de verkoop en het aanvullen in onze Paulig company store
  • de organisatie van vergaderingen en alles wat daarbij komt kijken
  • ...

Jouw ingrediënten Je bent een uitstekende match als jouw achtergrond en ervaring er als volgt uitzien:

  • Een bachelordiploma in een administratieve richting, of gelijk door ervaring
  • Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden met oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Vriendelijkheid en vlotte communicatieskills met een brede waaier aan mensen
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken na opleiding
  • Een flexibele en hands-on aanpak, met het vermogen om snel te schakelen in een dynamische operationele omgeving.
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands en professionele communicatievaardigheden in het Engels. Kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Bereidheid om on site te werken in een vast uurrooster.
