Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in facilitaire diensten zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste receptiemedewerkers op afroepbasis.

We zoeken kandidaten die zeker op dinsdag beschikbaar zijn — extra dagen zijn mooi meegenomen!

Je komt terecht bij een mooie en professionele klant in de regio Gent - Oostakker, waar je het eerste aanspreekpunt wordt voor bezoekers en klanten.

Je springt in wanneer de vaste onthaalmedewerker afwezig is. De planning ontvang je ruim op voorhand, maar af en toe kan er ook een spontane aanvraag zijn – die bekijken we dan samen.

Deze job biedt je dus flexibiliteit, variatie én de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen een sterke en stabiele firma.

Eerste periodes waarvoor we iemand moeten zoeken:

  • 2- 4 oktober
  • 19-23 oktober

uren:

7h45-16h

takenpakket:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers aan de receptie
  • Registratie bezoekers en voertuigen, tonen van veiligheidsinstructies
  • Telefonisch contact en beantwoorden van e-mails
  • Verdeling inkomende en uitgaande post
  • Beheer van een interne carpool- en wagensysteem
  • Taxi’s boeken en reservaties opvolgen

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bedienden, studenten, gepensioneerden, bijverdieners, studenten met een lesvrije dag
  • Je bent stipt, klantvriendelijk, representatief en vlot met pc
  • Talenkennis: NL / ENG en pluspunt FR

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent stipt, klantvriendelijk, representatief en digitaal vaardig
  • Minimumleeftijd: 18 jaar
  • Geen diploma vereist – ervaring in onthaal is een pluspunt
  • Je bent beschikbaar op dinsdag
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels vereist – Frans is een extra troef
  • Goede kennis van het MS Office-pakket
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt proactief en communiceert vlot
  • Je hebt een "safety first"-mentaliteit
