De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Receptiemedewerker Automotive

  • Ontvangen van klanten en chauffeurs aan de receptie en zorgen voor een professioneel onthaal
  • Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en e-mail en inplannen van afspraken
  • Opvolgen van de planning en werking van de werkplaats
  • Opstellen van bestekken en administratief verwerken van dossiers
  • Bestellen van wisselstukken en opvolgen van leveringen
  • Voorbereiden van technische keuringen van vrachtwagens en opleggers
  • Beheren en opvolgen van het wagenpark inclusief onderhoud en schadedossiers
  • Coördineren tussen werkplaats, klanten en externe partners

  • Affiniteit of kennis van personenwagens en vrachtwagens
  • Organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig in een dynamische omgeving
  • Klantgerichte en directe communicatiestijl
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde administratieve werkhouding
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Ervaring binnen automotive, receptie of vlootbeheer is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands met basiskennis Frans
  • Rijbewijs CE is een extra troef
