Als receptiemedewerker bij De Auris Prof. Groenschool in Amersfoort zorg jij voor een hartelijk welkom, houd je overzicht en ben jij de verbindende schakel. Dit ga je doen Als receptiemedewerker ben jij het visitekaartje van Auris en zorg je voor een gastvrije en professionele ontvangst. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en draagt bij aan een soepele dagelijkse gang van zaken. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Ontvangen van bezoekers en medewerkers en afhandelen van telefoon en e-mail. - Beheren van agenda's en reserveren van (cursus)ruimtes. - Plannen van rondleidingen en intakegesprekken. - Verzorgen van bestellingen, zoals schoolmateriaal, bloemen en lunches. - Ondersteunen bij overige administratieve werkzaamheden op aanvraag. Dit bieden wij jou Bij Auris werk je voor een betekenisvol doel: wij helpen kinderen en volwassenen met een taalontwikkelingsstoornis of een gehoorbeperking om goed te communiceren en zich optimaal te ontwikkelen. Je kunt rekenen op: - Uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao PO, waaronder een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.551,00 en €3.412,00 (schaal 5) op basis van 40 uur per week, eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%), vakantiegeld (8%) en een goede pensioenregeling. - Een tijdelijk contract voor 32 tot 40 uur per week voor eerste 4 maanden, indien ziektevervanging vanaf februari wordt voortgezet gaat het om 24 uur per week. - Vakantieverlof van ongeveer 53,5 dagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Een prettige werksfe...
