Met jouw positieve instelling zorg je voor een gastvrije uitstraling van ons zwembad. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en je voert diverse receptiewerkzaamheden uit. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want elke bezoeker brengt iets nieuws. Receptiemedewerker m/v Bij Sportaal gaat het niet alleen om het vervullen van een functie; het is een kans om deel uit te maken van een organisatie die actief bijdraagt aan het welzijn van de samenleving. Of je nu een doorgewinterde professional bent of aan het begin staat van jouw carrière; bij Sportaal zijn er mogelijkheden voor groei en ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor sporters en bezoekers van de zwembaden en zorgt voor een warme en gastvrije ontvangst van onze gasten in Zwembad Het Diekman; - Je verkoopt toegangskaarten, abonnementen en leskaarten. Hiervoor maak je gebruik van ons reserverings- en kassasysteem Fivano. - Je beantwoordt telefonisch en per e-mail vragen over onze Aquasport-programma's, zwemlessen en diverse abonnementen; - Je begeleidt de deelnemers van en naar het juiste zwembad voor de zwemlessen; - Je verricht schoonmaakwerkzaamheden, voor een warm welkom; - Omdat de meeste activiteiten van sporters 's avonds en in de weekenden zijn, vindt een groot deel van je werkzaamheden op die momenten plaats. Wat neem je mee? - Je bent enthousiast en communicatief vaardig; - Je werkt klantgericht en denkt in mogelijkheden; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en kunt ook onze Duitse en Engelse gasten goed te woord staan; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, vooral 's avonds en in de weekenden; - Je bent digitaal vaardig en maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen.
