Dan ben jij de receptionist die we zoeken! Wat je gaat doen Als Receptionist(e) bij het Koningsbergergebouw ben jij het visitekaartje van het kantoor in Utrecht. Met jouw gastvrijheid en professionaliteit zorg je ervoor dat bezoekers, klanten en medewerkers zich direct welkom voelen. Je verwelkomt collega's en bezoekers, registreert gasten en brengt medewerkers op de hoogte van hun komst. Daarnaast houd je de welkomsthal netjes en beheer je de telefoon. Als hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's en gasten straal je gastvrijheid uit en begrijp je als geen ander hoe je service naar een hoger niveau tilt. Oftewel, een dynamische en veelzijdige functie! Je diensten zijn voornamelijk avond diensten 16:45-22:00. Wat jij krijgt - Een bruto uurloon van €15,06 ,- ; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer (vanaf 9 km) of 100% ov-vergoeding. - Vakantiegeld, een goede pensioenregeling en een eindejaarsuitkering; - Een contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Bedrijfskleding met een stomerijvergoeding. Wat wij verwachten - Je weet wat hospitality inhoudt; - Je laat zien dat bezoekers zichzelf welkom mogen voelen; - You speak English very well; - In woont in regio Utrecht. - Je bent bereid veel te staan Waar ga je werken?
