Voor onze klant, een uniek en stijlvol hotelconcept waar gastbeleving écht centraal staat, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en representatieve Hotelreceptionist(e). Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van de gasten en speelt een cruciale rol in het creëren van een warme, gastvrije sfeer vanaf het eerste contactmoment. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwelkomen van gasten, in- en uitchecken.
  • Begeleiden van gasten naar hun kamer en hulp bieden met bagage.
  • Informeren en adviseren van gasten over restaurants, vervoer, uitstappen en gidsbeurten.
  • Bijspringen aan de bar indien nodig.
  • Administratieve taken en het beheren van reservaties.

Onze ideale kandidaat:

  • Spreekt zeer goed Nederlands, en kan zich vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels (gesprek kunnen voeren en zelfstandig de gasten te woord staan).
  • Heeft een verzorgd voorkomen en een natuurlijke, spontane glimlach.
  • Is klantgericht, stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Heeft een hands-on mentaliteit en staat graag klaar om bij te springen waar nodig, ook aan de bar.
  • Kan zelfstandig werken en is niet bang van afwisseling in taken.
  • Heeft bij voorkeur reeds ervaring in een front office- of hospitalityomgeving, maar motivatie en uitstraling zijn even belangrijk.
  • Je werkt in shiften (38-urenstelsel), die als volgt verdeeld worden: ochtendshift: 07u00 – 15u00, avondshift: 15u00 – 23u00, tussenshift binnen de daguren
  • Flexibiliteit wordt verwacht bij last-minute boekingen of drukke periodes.
