Functietitel Receptionist Locatie Amsterdam centrum Aantal uren 10-38 uur per week Functieomschrijving Gastvrij, representatief en servicegericht Voor twee representatieve locaties in Amsterdam centrum zoeken wij enthousiaste Receptionisten voor 10 tot 38 uur per week. Als Receptionist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en gasten. Met jouw gastvrije en professionele houding zorg je ervoor dat bezoekers zich vanaf het eerste moment welkom voelen en dat de ontvangst professioneel en soepel verloopt. Je verwelkomt gasten, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers bij de juiste persoon of afdeling terechtkomen. Ondertussen houd je goed in de gaten wat er rondom de receptie gebeurt en zorg je ervoor dat de ontvangstomgeving er altijd representatief uitziet. Naast je werkzaamheden aan de receptie ondersteun je bij verschillende facilitaire en hospitalitywerkzaamheden. Je verzorgt bijvoorbeeld koffie en andere dranken voor gasten en helpt bij praktische zaken op de locatie. Ook ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire meldingen en storingen. Je neemt deze aan, legt ze zorgvuldig vast en zet ze door naar de juiste interne of externe partij. Waar nodig houd je de opvolging in de gaten en zorg je ervoor dat betrokkenen goed geïnformeerd blijven. Het aantal uren en de werkdagen zijn in overleg bespreekbaar. Hierdoor kijken we graag samen naar een werkrooster dat aansluit bij jouw beschikbaarheid en bij de bezetting op onze locaties. Vrijdag is een vaste werkdag. Deze functie is afwisselend en draait om gastvrijheid, service en aandacht voor detail.
