Klasien Fennema | Baliemedewerker / Service Adviseur Wat ga je doen als Receptionist bij Broekhuis? Als receptionist bij Broekhuis heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun auto of bedrijfswagen willen laten onderhouden of repareren. Voor, tijdens en na het bezoek aan de werkplaats houd je persoonlijk contact met de klant. De taken van een receptionist zijn als volgt: - Klanten verwelkomen en ervoor zorgen dat ze zich op hun gemak voelen bij Broekhuis - Klanten op de hoogte houden van de voortgang tijdens het werkplaatsbezoek en hen informeren over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden - E-mails en telefoontjes van klanten beantwoorden en ervoor zorgen dat hun vragen worden beantwoord - Administratieve taken uitvoeren, zoals facturatie en toestemming verkrijgen van leasemaatschappijen - Proactief contact opnemen met klanten om meer werkplaatsbezoeken te genereren Samen met je collega's ben je het gezicht van de werkplaats en zorg je ervoor dat klanten altijd op de hoogte zijn van de staat van hun auto of bedrijfswagen.
